Terms of service
These terms apply to whosup.com.au and the Whosup booking service. Whosup is operated by Dobin Yang (ABN 65 305 057 430), a sole trader based in Brisbane, Queensland. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Dobin Yang as the operator of Whosup. By using the website or the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Whosup provides online booking, client records and consent forms for appointment businesses. The features and monthly fee for your business are confirmed with you before you start.
Fees and cancelling
- The service is billed monthly. There is no lock-in contract.
- You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@whosup.com.au. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing your fee.
Your data
- Your business data and your clients' data belong to you.
- You are responsible for collecting your clients' information lawfully and for the content of your consent forms.
- When you cancel, we give you a copy of your data on request.
- Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Fair use
Please do not use Whosup for anything unlawful, to send spam, or in a way that interferes with the service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep Whosup available and reliable, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We will tell you about planned maintenance where we can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid for the month in which the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profits.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell customers about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
